You’ll just need to provide us with meter readings as close to your tenancy end date as possible – even if you have a smart meter (they aren’t always so smart!). You can provide this info through your online portal or email it to team@thestudentenergygroup.com
The meter read will help us give you an accurate picture of your usage for your tenancy period. If you’ve used less than you’ve paid for, we’ll give you this credit back. If you’ve used more than you’ve paid for, then this’ll need to be paid to us.
We'll also need the details of who is taking over liability for the bills. If this is your Landlord/Letting Agency, then please let us know. The details we need are:
- Full Name/Business Name
- Email Address
- Contact Number
