Switch to a new provider
We’ll be sad to see you go! The contract you are in with The Student Energy Group is a ‘Deemed Contract’, which means you’re free to switch whenever you wish. Simply let us know you want to switch away by dropping us an email, and get in touch with your chosen provider to initiate the transfer.
- Continue to be billed on a deemed contract
We'll continue to send you monthly payment notices. You won't have access to the benefits like split-billing or superfast broadband. You'll be billed at the Government Cap and will be free to switch at any point providing your balance is up to date.
